What is your Return Policy?

At Pioneering Power, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If something doesn’t go as planned, we’ve made returns and refunds simple and fair. Here’s how it works:

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns after that time frame.

2. Who Pays for Return Shipping?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
If you’re returning an item because you changed your mind, you’ll be responsible for return shipping fees.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and once the item is returned and inspected, we’ll issue either a full refund or a replacement—including any original shipping costs.

4. Changed Your Mind?

If you no longer want the item, you can return it within 30 days—as long as it's unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. You’ll need to handle the return shipping, and once we receive and inspect it, we’ll refund the product cost (excluding shipping).

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for banks or credit card companies to process and reflect the refund.

If it’s been over 10 business days since your refund was approved and you still don’t see it, contact us at support@PioneeringPower.com and we’ll look into it immediately.

6. Restocking Fees

In some cases, a restocking fee may apply depending on the item and return reason. If applicable, we’ll clearly communicate this during your return request process.

The Intimus TSI-5S is a versatile, quiet folder inserter for high-volume, in-house mail processing such as invoices, monthly statements and direct marketing. Multiple sheet-feed, envelope-stacker and exit options let you build a system around your application, while Load'n'Go automatic settings and the FlexFeed multi-format tray make setup fast.

HCDF configurations include the high-capacity document feeder. Expert and Special are Intimus factory configurations of the TSI-5S; contact us before ordering and we will confirm the exact feeder and software content of each configuration in writing.

Required Exit Option

Intimus requires every TSI-5S to be ordered with one exit option, so each configuration is priced as a complete system (base unit plus exit option at Intimus list prices): Catch Tray (A0078339), Vertical Stacker HCVS (8704612W, holds up to 500 finished envelopes), Side Exit Left (8704579M) or Side Exit Right (8704580N).

Optional MaxiFeeder and Code Reading

The MaxiFeeder tray (loads up to 325 business reply envelopes or up to 1,200 sheets) is a field-fit option for the TSI-5S that requires both the MaxiFeeder hardware and its 356 mm license key; contact us to add it. Code-reading applications (BCR, 1D/2D, QR, OMR via the CIS scanner) require an application review with Intimus. The configurations listed here do not include MaxiFeeder or code-reading setup.

What's Included

Intimus TSI-5S base unit in the selected configuration with the selected exit option. The optional matching furniture/stand, MaxiFeeder and code-reading setup are not included.

Warranty

Intimus North America folder inserter warranty: 1 year parts and 90 days labor (labor performed at the Intimus North America factory), from the date of shipment. The TSI-5S is designed for a maximum of 40,000 inserts per month; Intimus requires a signed duty-cycle acknowledgment, and use beyond the duty cycle voids the manufacturer warranty. Proof of purchase is required.

Pioneering Power is an authorized Intimus reseller. Before you order, Intimus can test your documents and envelopes at no cost other than shipping to confirm the unit fits your application. For setup, service or warranty needs, contact Pioneering Power first; we coordinate directly with Intimus. Service agreements are available at extra cost on request.
