Free standard shipping applies to eligible orders within the contiguous U.S. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories is not guaranteed and must be reviewed and approved before you order, so please contact us first. We do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses or internationally.

What is your Return Policy?
Because many of our products ship directly from the manufacturer or an authorized distributor, return eligibility, return deadlines, authorization requirements, and restocking fees may vary by product and manufacturer. Here is how returns work:
1. Contact Us First
If you are considering a return, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery, because some manufacturers allow only a short return period. We will confirm whether your item is eligible, the deadline that applies, any restocking fee, and the return instructions before you send anything back. Items returned without authorization may be refused.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, we cover the return shipping, and no restocking fee applies. Products may also be covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
3. Change-of-Mind Returns
Change-of-mind returns are subject to the manufacturer's return terms and our approval. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and parts. You are responsible for return shipping, and a 20% restocking fee applies unless a different fee is stated on the product page or confirmed when your return is authorized.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
